Great! I like to go through phases of collaboration, collaboration always takes longer than working by myself... but collaboration always brings out something new, new things learned, new techniques, ways of doing things etc. Last year our collaboration group worked in bandlab, it allows online projects to be worked on, saved, stems exported etc. Also allows people to see what fx have been used, chains, etc. One of the challenges was 'creative differences' but to help this we chatted in a twitter group to make sure people knew what do to, what not to do etc. It was a democratic process, and group names, artwork etc, all voted on. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole thing!

I love all these ideas. I particularly like the guitar idea.... I've got 2 electrics and they are each, as you say totally different, one makes me want to play it with overdrive and delay the other just bashing out distorted power chords. I want to use samples this year... and I have some ideas already about what I want it to be about... yes, concept album is the way for me! Theme... well I was thinking of something I'm a fan of... but don't want to say what that is yet. Synths will do the talking.
