I started as a radio presenter in 2014 at Radio DGH with a 90s show and after spending 3 years learning the radio presenter ropes, I moved my show to Hailsham FM in 2017.

I have always had a passion for the independent music scene and wanted to incorporate this into the show. By the end of 2017 I was playing new and emerging music from local, national, and international bands. And after that we decided to take The Premium Blend Radio Show to a different level by having a live artist in the studio every week.

My goal was to spread the word of emerging artists within my show and support grass roots music both locally and nationally. A regular gigger, I supported the new music scene not just in the studio but in the mosh pits of many a venue.

In 2019 Mike asked me to put together a second stage at Off The Record, and having been to 2018 festival I could see that this was an exciting proposition!

The downstairs cellar bar at The Brunswick is magical. From the dulcet tones of Chloe Leigh that almost brought the room to tears, to the eutrophic last track of the night by Beacon. The buzz of putting on a gig is addictive, I was smitten, and I haven't looked back since.

During the pandemic I have continued with the show, replacing live music in the studio with pre-recorded interviews with independent artists, and even The Music Venue Trust. I have played some of the best new and emerging tracks, and supported Bands, Record Labels, Promoters and PR Agencies during this difficult time. I can’t wait to see live music back in our much-loved venues and put the live music energy back into the show.

This year's Off The Record is a chance for us all to WELCOME BACK LIVE MUSIC and I can’t wait to see you all again at the newly named Stylus Stage on13th November!
